At Patriot Classic 4x4, we understand the importance of a sturdy and reliable chassis as the backbone of any build. That's why we've designed our chassis to be a powerhouse compared to the original Ford Bronco chassis from the 1960's and 1970's.

Our chassis features 2" x 4" x 3/16" frame rails that are mandrel bent, and all additional parts are laser cut and TIG welded by certified welders. With 2" of additional inside room for the larger Coyote 5.0 engine, our sturdy chassis also boasts a total of five cross rails instead of the original early Bronco frame of only two.

But it's not just about the strength of the chassis - we've paid attention to the finer details too. Handy tie downs are built into the frame rails, making it easy to haul your Early Bronco. There's also a 2" built-in body lift and no unsightly bumper to body gap, ensuring that your ride looks as good as it performs. At Patriot Classic 4x4, we believe in using only the highest quality materials for our products. That's why our chassis is made from USA made steel, so you can trust in the quality and durability of our product. We offer two chassis options to suit your needs and budget. Our flagship design features a full coilover system for the best ride, and comes ready to roll with all the parts assembled for you as a roller. This coilover version is also available in a knock-down kit, giving you the parts to put it together as a DIY project.
